Exchange and Return Policy:

The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days or exchange it within 7 days from the date of purchase, must not be used and is in its original condition with the purchase invoice, adhering to the following terms and conditions:

    1. The product is in its original manufacturer’s packaging and has not been opened.
    2. The product is non-functional due to a manufacturing defect, and the original carton (without any damage), instruction manual, and all accompanying accessories must be returned.

Excluded Products:

We regret that products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

    1. The product has been used or installed.
    2. Products with defects or faults resulting from misuse (e.g., breakage, scratches, incorrect use, neglect of regular maintenance, etc.), as determined by the maintenance team’s inspection.

Products purchased through installment programs cannot be returned; they can only be exchanged for the same value or a higher value, with the customer paying the price difference, according to the terms mentioned above.

If the customer refuses to receive the product, the company will hold the goods for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the customer will not be entitled to claim it, and the company has the right to impose storage fees of 1% of the total invoice amount for each week of delay after the specified collection period, unless there is a prior agreement between the parties.

Warranty Policy:

The product warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and for maintenance, it is valid for 30 days from the date of repair. The warranty does not cover consumable parts or misuse. The serial number must be present on the product to verify the warranty period.

The warranty includes free repair or replacement of spare parts in case of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value.

Excluded Products:

The warranty service excludes faults resulting from:

    1. Misuse of the product, failure to follow usage instructions as per the product manual, or neglect of regular maintenance.
    2. Failure to adhere to maintenance recommendations for civil and construction works.
    3. Operating the product with generators/electrical wires that do not meet the product specifications or exposing the product to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or high heat.
    4. Repair attempts or maintenance operations by entities not authorized by the guaranteeing company or the use of spare parts not approved by the manufacturer.
    5. Any tampering with or erasure of the serial number the warranty will be considered as void
